Ai o Tomenaide; One Shot

by Fujiomi Miyako

Kio is a happily married woman...until she meets Chihaya. Chihaya wants Kio, but Kio tells him that she can't because she is married, but Kio is more and more attracted to Chihaya.
Quite frankly the summary is crap! From the beginning of the story Kio is aware that she's not satisfied with Hiro but she does like the way he treats her. Poor Hiro not knowing anything and being so nice to her, treating her like a little princess when she's really a witch! She also didn't put up much resistance to Chihaya's advances. Yeah I get the whole she was incredibly attracted to him bit but that doesn't mean she should commit adultery!

And don't get me started on the ending it was horrible! Poor kind, loving Hiro becomes unstable after getting confirmation and repents loving and sheltering her as if she was a sister needing his protection. Ok sure he attacked her with a kitchen knife but if the person I loved most in the world did that to me...I'm not sure that I would not have reacted similarly.

She also has the nerve to ask him if he was spying on her when she saw that he had pictures of herself and Chihaya...I cannot comprehend what would posses her to ask such a stupid question nor why she would do something like that to her new husband (and yes I have a huge problem with cheating...)

After reading the entire volume I must say that this story was very unsatisfying and you would be better off reading something else.
